1) 7min to work up to a heavy 1x Pause Snatch. Full 2 sec pause at knee. This one smooth PERFECT movement from the floor NOT a deadlift then hang. Fo cus on flexed lumbar knees back and shoulders over the bar. Hamstrings tight!!!

2) 7min to work up to heavy 1x Pause Clean. Same as above.
