Option #1

1) Power clean – 1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 2×5@75%

2) Snatch balance – 1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 2×5@75%

3) Good morning – work up to 3 sets of 5x at moderate intensity

 

Option #2 – For those of you who feel the need for more snatch practice.  This will elicit a similar adaptive response w/ a bit more conditioning

EMOM for 4 sets each.  Each super-set begins @0min, 5min, 10min.  All rounds combined =~15min

a) 5x @95/65# (or 50%)

~90s rest

b) 4x @115/80# (or 60%)

~90s rest

c) 3x @135/95# (or 70%)

Feel free to attempt a few heavy singles if you’re feeling good.
