150410 – Endurance Buzz


Some of us will be doing a little scamper in the woods Saturday, so I’m sitting out on the squat portion of this WOD to save my quads.  It’s just doubles, so don’t judge.  I’ll run hard to make up for it.

***ATTENTION***  I’m collecting old shoes for soles4souls.  If you have any old shoes in the back of your closet you’d like to donate, please bring them to the box before Friday at 6:30pm.  Clean out that closet!!!
