Outlaw BB – Show up early, warmup quickly.  You’ll need 5 min rest between heavy singles.  Let’s smash some PRs.

1) Option #1 push press – 1×5@50%, 1×3@60%, 1×2@70%, 1×2@80%, 1×2@90%, 1×1@100%, 1×1@105%, 1×1@110%

Option #2 – Jerk from Blocks – 10min to set new 1RM.  If you aren’t concerned w setting a new Pushpress PR.

2) HBBS – 1×5@50%, 1×3@60%, 1×2@70%, 1×2@80%, 1×2@90%, 1×1@100%, 1×1@105%, 1×1@110%

*Note… we’ll be testing both Oly lifts on Monday as well before starting the new Outlaw Capacity cycle.  Expect good things.  I did some “unauthorized testing” on Tuesday… I knocked out a 3x UB set of snatches from the Hi-hang @ a 20# PR… and we haven’t really snatched in 6 weeks.  Technical lifts are easier when 185# feels like a PVC pipe.  Lulz.
