Sometimes I think it would make things more interesting if there were a good number of large wild carnivores roaming around rural areas to keep people on their toes.

I’m out of town Thur and Friday.  Thank you Angie and Ana for taking up my slack.  Home hopefully Sunday.

EMOM for 7min (8 sets)

1) 3x T&G Power snatch.  Start @60% and add 5-10# each set until a miss occurs, then take off 5-10# and finish the 7min.

2) 2x Power clean + 1x Push jerk.  Start @60% and add 5-10# each set until a miss occurs, then take off 5-10# and finish the 7min.

Strength – alt a & b for 3 sets each.
