150905 – Saturday Funday


I came across this in some old stuff.  Bighorn 100 mile Mountain Trailrun finish line in June 2009.  Prettiest trail I’ve ever puked on.  32 hr 40min. Totally trashed.  I wanna go back.

B and I are doing the Savage Race next Saturday.  Join us.  “Team CrossFit Veritas” when you register.  It should be “fun”… which is a relative term.

Outlaw Extra Work – be sure you’re logging your weights.

Strength – add 5# to each lift from last Saturday.

1) Muscle snatch 5×3 @~50% 1RM

2) Shoulder press 5×5 AHAP

3) Front Squat 5×3 @80%

4) Pendlay Row 3×8 @~70% 1RM Clean


30-90min easy recovery
