151103 – Man Challenge

Try to make a couple of afternoon classes over the course of the next few weeks to get your conditioning in.  As you saw this morning, the sheer volume of this new cycle is work intensive and time consuming.  If you’re finding it difficult to make a class, take Tues and Thur to do either some low-level endurance activity like a 30min easy run, bike, etc. or a short and intense all-over bodyweight WOD like 50x Burpee for time, or 8x 50m sprints, or a Tabata run.  I’m excited.

Something ridiculous I did Saturday.  Old-School pump.

3mile run, then…

E5MOM for 15min (3rds)

5x HBBS @225#

5x Benchpress @185#

5x Pendlay Row @185#

5x Pushpress @135#

5x Romanian Deadlift @185#

5x Strict Ring-dip (from Hi-rings)

5x Strict Pullup

then… 3mile run… ***I’m pretty sure I looked like a drunken idiot with broken legs on the second run.
