CrossFit – constantly varied high intensity functional movement, producing increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains.

Outlaw – After some deep thought (and deep body aches), I’m thinking maybe we need to rethink the Saturday sessions or omit them all together.  My body feels like I’ve been in a wreck.  Post thoughts to comments.


1) Clean from knee  1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@65%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@65%
2) Bottom-start OHS  1×5@70%, 1×5@80%, 1×5@85%, 1×5@90%, 1×5@95%
3) Snatch grip lift off  1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@75%, 1×5@80%

4) Rdl  1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@65%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@65%

2:00, 2x T2B-Pullup

3:00, 3x T2B-Pullup

and so on…

*When you can not complete the number of reps in the allotted minute, you’re done.
