1) 3 position snatch (2 from each position-top down… 2x @power pos, 2x @knee,  2x @T&G is 1 set)
1×1@50%, 1×1@60%, 1×1@65%, 1×1@70%, 1×1@65%

2) Behind Neck push press.  Let’s take these from big blocks.
1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@65%, 2×5@70%

3) Front squat + power jerk
1×5+1@50%, 1×5+1@60%, 1×5+1@65%, 2×5+1@70%  ***5x front squats + 1x power jerk

*** Note – I’m not certain I can push jerk 70% of my 1RM Front squat.  May have to use today’s session to set our personal working %… this comes up many more times.
