Here is a great guide for new Dads looking for extra time to exercise… but beware of possible whiplash on number 4… I’ve always hated “Russian obliques”.

1) Power snatch 1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@80%, 1×5@70%

2) Pushpress… (Push jerk to finish the heavier sets if needed) 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@80%, 1×5@90%

3) Power clean 1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@80%, 1×5@70%

4) RDL 1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 2×5@80%, 1×5@70%
