  1. Squat 5×5 @90% of Saturday’s new 5RM
  2. Bench press 5×5@90 of 151205 Bench 5RM
  3. Deadlift 1×5.  Add 5-10# to last Monday’s set
  4. Pendlay Row 3×10.  A challenging weight, preferably 5-10# above 151205’s #
  5. T2B 3×10.  Strict and slow
